Sat. ant. wire down same side as amp power wire?

Will I have noise problems if I run my satellite antenna wire down the pass. side of the the car with my 4 ga. amp power wire? My Sirius S50 will be mounted on the passenger side of my center console so I just wanted a straight shot with the ant. wire.

your fine. just push it a lil farther away from the power.

Shouldn't have a problem. WAY different freqs when comparing DC and the high GHz that SATCOM uses.
