ok, im not gonna argue the whole dro thing anymore, cause i suppose its possible for prices to vary that much.

but as for the atkins thing, i am right. how can you possibly argue that no1 has lost weight on atkins? that is all that i was saying. people have lost weight on atkins diet.

then gary brought in the whole health thing, saying losing weight = being healthy. so then tell me how the atkins diet is good for your heart? its not, neither is the high sodium levels that come with the protein rich meats. so therefore atkins is NOT healthy

and FYI Gary, When I was on atkins i DIDNT **** down buckets of lard and eat my body weight in meat and use 10 kilos of salt or whatever the fuk you said. My diet consisted mostly of salads w/o dressing. other than that, i ate eggs, nuts, and steak. And i didnt loose any weight after about a month. So STFU if you cant stop jumping to conclusions!
