LOL you are calling ME stupid. holy shit lol, i'm about to fall outta my chair. how can u be so ****ing idiotic to think that ANY diet calls for cheesesteaks and other slabs of fat? i can't believe you have the audacity to call me stupid when i went from 180 lbs/5'2 in 6th grade to 200 lbs/5'11 in 11th grade. droppedfrom 32% body fat to 16%bf. dieting and exercise, muscle gains through the roof, martial arts 2x a week, tennis 3x a week, strict food regimen and plenty of sleep = HEALTH. thats like going and buying slim fast for each meal and drinking 50 cans 3x a day and expecting it to work.
