Sail panels for tweeters

Does anyone make sail panels for tweeters? I have a set of JL XR-650CSI component speakers I'd like to install in my '99 Corrola. The mids will go into the factory door locations with no problem, but I'd like to locate the tweeters where the sail panels are. In my last car, I had to make sail panels by hand out of MDF and it was a time consuming pain in the a$$. You'd think someone like Q Logic would make sail panels for mounting tweeters, but they don't seem to have them. Does anyone make them?
