safest way to work new subs?

just got everything new.. visonik dual 10's runnin on 350 each at 4 ohms.

but kinda freakin out about them poppin, i dont know where to set the knobs for the gain n lpf/hpf n stuff.

Low pass at 80, high pass at 30.

or if you have it crossed over just use the high pass at around 30.

again im knew n i might sound stupid but the high is between 50 n 250. how do i accomplish da mission?

switch to low pass and put it at 80. it will receive full signal below the 80.

ahhhhh......... got it. done. should i keep this running for a long time? or just for a break in period?
