Sad new about Crossfire, true or not?

I have heard that CrossFire Car Audio just went out of business today.

Has anyone else heard this? is it true?

Found out it was just a rumor, they are simply moving to Texas or something.

Never cared for their product anyway.........well newer product. Their older stuff was nice.
