Sa-12 for 3.77ft^3 net best bet?

Are 2 Sa-12's my best bet in a center console box with 3.77ft^3 net. Their gonna be ported. Running 1600 watts at 1 ohm. Budget is $400.

I wouldn't ever say there was a "best" subwoofer for any application. The SA's are a pretty versatile driver and would likely do well in your application however there are numerous other subwoofers out there that would do great as well. In the end its going to come down to personal preference . You might find you don't care for the sound of the SA's in that enclosure while another subwoofer sounds just right to you. The SA would be a great start but whether its the best for your application depends on you and your listening preferences and system goals.

Buddy has one in 1.7 tuned to 32 and it does real well

Yea i understand. Just was wondering if their was one that is obviously better. Just looking for SPL.
