just now saw the specs on that amp, and I'm not to impressed by it. Even if it's bridged your only gonna get MAX 278W. That's pretty low, if I were you I'd save up a little more and buy a mono amp.
may I ask why you are choosing a 4 channel amp for a mono situation?
I believe either will work with 278W, just don't expect a lot out of it. It'll sound good I'm sure, but because you are underpowering it do not turn the gain up higher to get more output from the sub. Sending clipping signal from amp = bad. If you don't really wanna worry about having to be careful with the gains(not saying you shouldn't do the gain setting tut...because you should), having head room for later, and probably spend a little more money for quality = you'll be happier in the long run.
