Running Single ID12V.3... Which amp ?

Today I bought an ID12D2 V.3, So I need 250~350 RMS at 4 or 1 ohm

My options right now are...

1) Cerwin Vega XL600.1

2) Bridged Eclipse XA2000

300 at 4 ohms

3) Orion 300D

300 at 1 ohm

I don't want to spend more than 100$ on my new sub amp, but suggestions will be considered..

Try to spend at least 150 on an amp for that sub. If you try to be cheap you will regret it later.

Can you give me some suggestions ??? I really don't know what would be a good option...
