Running RCA cables through rear speakers

Does anyone know what type of converter box I would need to run my RCA cables through my rear speakers rather than removing my dash. My dealer(I know it's dumb) said if I remove my stereo to hook up my amp I will void any electrical part of my warranty.

Therefore, I've heard you can get a speaker wire to RCA type converter where you can just hook into your speaker wire in your door speakers.

Has anyone tried this and know what I need?

For it to void the warranty the auto manufacturer has to prove the item you changed caused the problem. But they can make it a pain in your *** regardless.

I think your just needing a Line Out Converter? If all you're doing is adding subs, all you do is run a wire directly from your rear speaker into the converter and it will give you an output with RCA's for easy sub amp installation. No removing stereo's or anything warranty related. Some amps(not all) come with high level inputs for this exact reason. We need more information to help you out. Be as specific as possible with your equipment and proposed plans. I am certain we can help!!! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Without knowing more, I would be skeptical on telling you this is what you need. If you are trying to run subs, with an amp, in your trunk, using the rear speakers for a signal, that ^^^ is what you would use. But again, you are being really vague with your intentions. Everyone here is to help, and the more information supplied, the better the suggestions that can be made concerning your needs

Sorry for the lack of info. I'm going off of the description my brother gave me. I've never seen it. I have a F150. I want to use the rear speaker(s)(I guess one speaker would work?) to run my RCA cables to my amp for the signal. Do you need any more info? And I greatly appreciate the advice and help!!

Sweet good deal. Thanks a ton guys. I'm ordering the sub next week. Hopefully get it all installed on the weekend. I'll get some pics and reviews, I owe that much to you guys for all of the help over the years!
