rta showing spike at 250

Using my phone as a rta, its showing a spike at 250 and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Hertz hsk 165

sony expod sub

Crossed at 63 12db slope.

and yes I know the phone is not the best way to do it.

Like you said, phone is not the way to do it. The microphone on phones is piss-poor for car audio applications.
