Woot.
Last night I bid on 2 M-Audio mobilepre USB pre-amps. I won one, but the other I didnt since the reserve was not met. However, I just received a second chance offer for the one I thought I hadn't won.
So, I'm considering picking it up for the sake of a fellow forum member.

I paid $89 for one. The other "2nd chance offer" is for about $60+$11 shipping. It also includes an XLR cable. So, IMO, that puts it at about $85 shipped (assuming $14 for cable).
My setup:
$89+$14 for preamp & cable= $103
The offer I've been extended:
$60+~$11+$14= $85.
(85+103)/2=$94.
I'll take $94 shipped for the preamp & cable, since that's the difference of the two. I'll only be making $9 off this transaction. Regular price for this set new would be $149 (lowest I can find it on the net) + $14 for cable= $163 shipped. That's a savings of about $69.
Again. Not trying to make alot of money here, just trying to get the difference. I could buy it and sell it straight up but there's truly no reason to.
To sum it up:
M-audio pre-amp USB & xlr cable for $94 shipped.
If anybody wants this let me know ASAP and I"ll let the dealer know I want it. You can paypal me the money and I'll have them ship it straight to you.
