If they didnt write you up for the other 9 things they cant charge you with them later. Go to court and fight what you got and dont worry about it. It has to be in writing. And with the other cop writing up the violation, I would fight that also he wasnt the one who saw anything that you did. he showed up after the fact. FIGHT IT
