royally fvcked by the cops, (long story)

well, i was driving home from work tonight..

it was about 11:10.. i had just gotten out..

new york state law says under class DJ lisence, you are allowed to drove from 6am-9pm and to work or autherized docters appointements after those hours..

i fell under the going to work part..

so iwas going thought the village of ballston spa.. no traffic.. decided to let my car loose and do 55 in a 30.. blew past a cop that was driving on the other side..

idid something i automaticly regreted.. RAN!

i ALMOST fvcking lost him, one more turn and i woulda been golden.. but im just like, ugh, theyll find me, because i still had a good 10 miles home, so i stoped

good thing too, because 2 other cops came from differnt directions, so they WOULDA got me..

the cop came up to my car.. run of the middle hard ***..

high and tight white version of kid-and-play hair, short, chubby, probable molested as a child..

came up to my car "hey, ding-bat, why'd ya run?"

i did the whole "oh, didnt see ya untill now.."

hes gave me a dirty look, pulled it outta his *** i was doing 75 in said 30 mph zone..

in the back of my head, i was thinking.. "11 points, thats a years revoked lisence"

scared to sh!t.. i tried to explain to him i was doing 55, and my car couldnt do 75 downhill w/ a breeze..

another cop pulled up, he started tlaking to him, calling me names, making fun oif my car.. you know ***-hole cop mantallity..

came back to my car and literally RIPPED my wallet outta my hands.. now i have 2 lisences and a permit in my wallet.. one lisence was my old resricted one, my new one is non-restricted..

but apperently, in NYS, having 2 or more id's in yer posetion is illegal.. go ****ing figure..

he started to list every little thing off.. my decals.. illegal..

my headlights and taillights.. illegal..

my exhaust.. illegal..

oh and i didnt have insurance because my card was expired.. illegal..

i left my old registration card at home and forgot to put it in my glovebox, so that wasnt on hand.. illegal..

"75" in 30.. illegal..

and apperently i need something signed by the DMV saying i can drive to work past 9 pm.. didnt have that so it was "driving out of class"

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS FUNNY!

the original cop left leaving me w/ another guy,seemed cooler, kinda reminded me of the rock.. anyway, came to my car w/ a HUGE smile..

he said he was gonna let me go on EVERYTHING...

EXCEPT the non-moving violation of driving out of class..

i thought i hit the jackpot..

but he said, i have to apper in court on may 5th and plea innocent, or guilty..

if i plea innocent i get another one and HE gets to show up

he said if he has to show up and take time outta his day, the other 9 violations will appear back and ill have to deal w/ those w/ the other one he assigned me..

non-moving, no points, just pay a fine right?

wrong, i realized as a was driving away that an opperating out of class violation if revokation for 1 yr..

sucky.. but i wasnt opperating out of class, so i can fight it and win =]

because i can proove i was infac comming form work, i have 3 bosses to vouch for me.. cool, right? wrong!

if i fight it, those 11 points come back for the "75" in the 30 and i loose my lisence for a yr =[

even if i prooved that i wasnt doing 75, i really thought i was doing 55.. then all of those other moving violations, like my exhaust, my lights, and decals, will add up to 11 points..

so you see here, either way here, and he knew it, im screwed..

my question is.. the cop who wrote me the tickets wasnt the cop who pulled me over for speeding, so if i fight the speeding charge, that cop cant proove i was speeding at all because he wasnt there..
