Does your laptop have a regular internet jack? If so, just go to belkin's website and download from there using the wired port on the laptop. Install and restart.

- Did it just start doing this or has it always been like this ?
- Have you tried repositioning the router ?
- Have you tried resetting the router back to factory default settings ?
- Is the antenna securely attached to the wirless card on the computer ?
