rounding edges w/o router

i dont got a router but i have other powertools at my disposal such as drills, table grinders hand held grinders etc...is there any type of bit or wheel attachment i can get to round off all the edges of my box?

belt sander but be careful though lol, and it wont come out uniform, palm sander will knock off the strait edge a lil

but otherwise, if u have a sander, thats ur best bet but it wont get as deep as a roundover bit

take a circle and cut 45's off and then sand.

file and 60grit sandpaper will do the job pretty quickly as MDF is pretty soft...

Break the edges with 40 grit on a grinding wheel and use a hand block to round the edges with 40 grit again. It takes a little more work than running a round over bit but the result is a bit nicer.

Shit I thought he really wanted to round the edges if you are just trying to accomplish that then 40 grit and a palm sander will work wounders.

you have all these grinders, but did not figure out, that you can maybe use one to grind the edge of the box to be round. I mean you can do the same thing with sand paper.

sandpaper is gonna take forever, I'm gonna see if I can use a grinding wheel. I don't wanna fvck up the mdf.

Just buy a router. It's the only tool that you would need to build a box that you don't actually need if you don't have one.

If your just looking for smooth enough to take the sharp edges off, use sand paper.

Otherwise get a router
