Rounded edges

To get a complete roundover, you need to use a 3/8" roundover bit. Run it on both edges and you will get a perfect roundover. 3/8" + 3/8" = 3/4"
I do that with my port walls. An on the outer corners i use 3/4" or 3/8", jus whatever i feel like using or already have in the router.

Any suggestions on routers? Preferably on the cheaper side since... I'm on a strict budget //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Check out craftsman. They have some nice budget routers.
