What is the formula for figuring out ROUND port displacement???

I'll have (2) 3" PRECISION FLARED PORTS 9.33" long mounted to 3/4"MDF

if you dont have a good calc. its (3.14) * (radius (half the diameter)) * (port length)

then I divide that by 1728 to get the sqft....right??
