Room on top of the amp?

I am thinking about mounting my two nine.1's under the 2nd row of seats in my Tahoe, but it will only leave about 2.5-3(max) in. between the top of the amps and the seat. Is this enough room, or am I running a serious risk of them getting too warm?

I would think that would be ok.

They would be fine, eD's amps normally run fairly cool as it is.
