Rollover on lcd, how to fix?

I have a lcd monitor and it's hooked up to an alpine 9860 dvd player and when i turn them on sometimes the monitor's image will act like it rolling over really fast and i have to turn off my car and turn it back on to fix it. other times when i'm driving down the road it will get a little one that last about 1 second. I was wondering if a video amp would fix this problem? or is it something to do with the screen or dvd player? Thanks, Drew
