Rockford T1 15" advice

Hi I'm looking into buying a T1 15" rockford sub, the specs recommend a 2.2 cu ft sealed inclosure but I have a 1.8 sealed enclosure...any advice as to whether the sub will still perform well?
you gotta add polyfill in that box and throw more a lot power to it then its rated for if you want proper desired output. Bigger box needs less power to get loud and plays a bit lower. Smaller boxes lose efficiency and gets louder on higher hertz bass. Its a complete and utter waste putting that 15 in a sealed box though. Efficiency is where your output comes from and sealed boxes have horrible efficiency.

I have a t2 12, it started in a sealed box. After perusing on here, put her in a ported box at 33hrtz, the diff was night and day. You will appreciate a ported enclosure much better. Will soon be running a set of the t2's as soon as I save enough coin to have one built.
