i again vouch for the kicker id go with the new l5s those are pretty sweet...you gettin em new used or what?

at best buy ive seen the rockfords with cracked dustcaps... i dont know if its from those guys setting them up wrong or just overuse but i wouldnt go with the new rockfords and those glossy plastic thingys.

umm i think that best buy in general abuses thier subs....ive also seen the subs in horrible condition...just think young kids or very stupid adults runnin around lookin at the subs...hmmm no ones around....BAMMM a little kick here a little kick there..lol...i went to a car audio shop down the street and he let me listen to the T1's hooked up to some 1000 watt rockford amp...shit was hitting..i was very immpressed with what rockford subs sound like..

i would say go with the rockfords instead of the L5s

You have no clue what you are talking about. I would choose the P3. They both have the ability to get pretty loud. But the P3 will have better SQ than an L5. Also I don't like square subs for some reason.
