i heard them myself and they sound goood... they're better than jl w0.. prolly close to jlw3 but i like he2 better.. it was power by rockford amp 500d

terrible sq wise, but louder than a wo is gonna get....but i would still prefer to hear wo's

I have a pair of Rockford HE2's and they ****, they arent good SPL, and they **** sure dont have good SQ, so dont waste your money, given they make noise, but they are overpriced & over-rated. they ****.

what type of enclosure are they in....

first they were sealed, sounded like crud, then they were ported, still sounded bad, but they were alot louder...i wouldnt advise getting any
