are these amps worth the money? My friend is supposedly selling me one that is listed at 200wrmsx2 but he said they are hugely underrated, is this truth, or is he BSing me... if its true how much will they get?

I just purchased an anniversary edition Punch 75. It was listed at 37.5x 2 at 4 ohm. Birth sheet that came with the amp said it actually was 213 x 2 at 4 ohm, so yes I would say they are underrated. The amp should have a birth sheet that tells you exactly what it is actually producing.

Hes buying it used from a friend, so there may not be a birthsheet.

Also, most of their amps are not that underrated.

Still a decent amp, especially if you get a good deal on them.

im not sure what the model is, but i know its a punch, and its a 2 channel that get 200rms per channel so hopefully it will get a lot more, hes sellin it 2 me for 100$

If it's just a regular punch, then it won't be hugely underrated.

The Power series are much more underrated, aswell as the "special" amps such as the Limited Edition Punch amplifiers.

i have the 600.2 for my type R's and it sais its 730x2 on the birth sheet

Are they quality amps? Sure are.

the RF power amps are really solid, the punch series isn't too bad this year either. I really want to get my hands on a power 1000.

guys the only thing I noticed on the rockford fosgate is that they get really hot! ..

but THEY are underrated GOOD AMPOS!
