is it worth it to pick this up, along with 2 mtx 10's in a sealed box for 100 bucks???

i dont want the 10's, but the amp is nice

i have the money, and the cat paid 200 for it at the store (i saw the receipt)

i dunno, but i need somethng that pushes around 150 for an RE 12
