Rockford Fosgate or Memphis

Both of them are great amplifiers. I believe the Rockford is an A/B class, the Memphis is a D class of course. A/B class amplifiers usually have a bit better sound quality but aren't nearly as efficient as D class. I believe the T800.2 is only stable down to 2-ohms, your subs are D4 so you can either run them at a 4-ohm load (series) or a 1-ohm load (parallel)...you're only going to get 500x1 out of the T800.2 at 4-ohms. The Memphis, however, is 1-ohm stable bridged and those amps usually do more than rated (1000x1 at 1-ohm). I would definitely go with the Memphis. Use the T800.2 on a pair of nice components for your front stage.
