rockford fosgate 10?

im curious about the rockford fosgate p210s8, soundomain says it is not reccomended to be wired as one sub, it is a single vc 8ohm sub, can anyone tell me why and wut will happen if i do?

Nothing will happen. There are just not many amps made to run at 8 ohms. You will loose power from an amp meant to run at 4 ohms. So buying two would be the best bet and wire them to a 4 ohm load. Or buy the 4 ohm version.
