Rockford BD Sync Cable

Is the rockford bd sync cable just a s-video cable? because they look exactly the same in comparison, and if it is, i would rather just get a cable from best buy than order one from rockford. Am i correct?

Also, how does the sync work? Does only the master gain have to be set with the sync cable, or do both amps have to be set exactly the same?

i'll say no, but you can go ahead and try it to see if it works.

Sync is basically to strap amps, so you only have to set the gain on one...to my knowledge
