Rockford Amp Broken? HELP!

Hey guys, I've had a Rockford Fosgate P3002 amp for a few years now and have it hooked up to 2 Punch 10" subs. Things were working fine and sounded great. Yesterday I got in the car, started it up, and noticed that the subs weren't working. I checked all the settings on the Sony deck, everything was fine. When I went to the trunk of the car, I noticed that the subs were getting signal, they were putting out sound but very quiet. I checked the amp and all the connections are fine. I checked the input connections and as I unplugged the left channel, the right sub got louder. I plugged it back in, both subs got quiet. Unplugged the right, left to louder. I can switch the inputs, doesn't matter - when they both are plugged in the sound is alot quieter. Each sub is on its own channel as its a two channel amp. Any help? Has my amp pooped out?

how many watts rms are the subs, and have you tried bridging the amp. or maybe one of the RCA jacks is not working properly

My money is on a bad pair of jacks......happened to me once a while back and it drove me NUTS trying to track down the problem, they were the last thing i thought of and were the problem from the beginning!! doesn't happen often but it does happen.
