do yall think 4 rlps will be louder than 4 12" se's both ported to 38 i used to have 2 12" sx's an i want something a little louder not insanly loud tho.

i think you will not be able to honestly tell with that much output. you are talking 145~150dbs if done right.

4 rlps if powered and installed right will get u close to 150

the thing about the rlps is that they will be around a grand for 4 12's after tax an shipping an i would like to spend 1200 at most with subs an amps.

I own a Rl-p and I like it more than my SE's. Do they get louder, I dont know completely different installs. 2 12 Se's w/1100 watts vs 1 15" w/500watts. And Jelly is doing high 140's with 2 15's w/1400 wattsm, IIRC.
