I've got 2 15"s with a power acoustik 2400, and I'm pulling a 146.6 on the tl. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

It's a box I bult, 2.5 per sub tuned to 32hz. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Honestly, no. Thier great, and if they made an 18" I'd get it. Great SQ, and they get loud with no distortion at all. I'm thinking of getting the PA 3000 amp to give them a little more power. The fun part is when people ask you what they are and you tell them. They end up with this look on their faces //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif 'cause no ones heard of them. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif It's kinda nice to be different, and not have the JL, KICKER, RF, etc. Not that I dont like them, it's just that everyone is useing it.

i agree 100% on sound splinter being different and no one knowing what they are. thats another reason i think im going with the rl-p. well thanks for the help

Ya, I love mine. With the mic on the dash, and everything sealed (door, windows, etc.) I pull 146.6 on a new TL. I counldn't except with 2 more. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i got a small 141.5db dash with my 15" RL-p on about 500-600 watts. i screwed up the calculations on that box, thats why it seems a little low.

i know on the SS forums a guy hit 145 with the single 15" Rl-p, so its really capable //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

dude didn't your ears hurt when you got that measured cuz i heard 140 db is the threshold of pain, it must have gave your ears a good workout lol, shit, my system only hits around 120 db, plenty loud inside the car but outside about 20 feet away from my car it was 90 db *embarrased*.

Theres a guy on there that hit in the mid/high 130's with an RL-i8.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif It didn't really hurt. To me it's more like when you dive into the deep end of a pool, and your ears need to pop. Thats kinda what if feels like. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
