RL-p 15's

I ran 2 15" RL-P's in 6 cubes @ 32Hz and they got pretty loud and sounded very nice, but they're now in the HT in 10cubes each.

I'd suggest the HDC's for getting louder, but still having solid SQ. They'll take all your amp has to offer and more. I'm very happy with the HD's I run now...

the RLp 15's can take some power, but i don't think it'll take the amount of power you're intending on sending it.
i personally won't send any more than 1200 per sub. i had 1000 on mine for a few weeks and it got plenty loud.
+1 these are not the subs for you. I am one of the biggest fans of SS owning their 18"s, 15"s, 12"s, 8", and I would have to say what you are looking for will not be in the SS sub.

I have been thinking about trying these out to replace the MA's I am currently running. I am completely satsfied with them, but have heard alot of good things about SS. my question is would a pair of these handle my A3000's strapped? I would hate to spend almost 700 on subs just to smoke them in a couple days. Thanks guys.
If you are already completely satisfied, Im confused what criteria we are to go by when giving recommendations for upgrades.

I like low bass. I dont want a BTL, MT, or something along those lines, because everyone I have ever heard didn't hit the lows how I like. I am mainly looking for a sub that could be considered a "low end monster". I plan on putting them in a box tuned to around 30ish Hz. I am satisfied with how these subs (the MA's) perform, but I have decided to stick to a 2-15 setup as opposed to 4 in a wall.

RL-ps are great low end monsters, but you would be more than fin with just one of those A3000. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Thanks, Vic. I was actually thinking about asking you, but I didn't know if you were on here.
