RIP one of my best friends

today my friends mom broke the news to me over the phone that he passed away last night. They are in upstate NY and he had a heart attack while just chilling and bowling and he was perfectly healthy and 19. i then talked to his sister, she says the paramedics and doctors believe the cause was sudden death syndrome, where his heart stopped firing electric pulses so it stopped pumping blood out.

i started crying in my car for 15 plus minutes while at a car show.

i dont know how im going to handle the funeral
