I knew David and like several other people, I chose to try and help out with funeral cost and what ever the family will need. I really do not care what they decide to spend it on. I felt bad and wanted to help, there is no more to the story then that.

I have to agree on the fundraiser thing, every gas station in my area has a half dozen or so cans with some sob story taped to it asking for money for somebody. All the fundraisers are at bars because that's were the victim/dead/sick dude spent all his time and money.

Sorry don't have any money left after paying my health insurance, life insurance and 401k. Planning ahead and being responsible is a *****.

I knew him, its different, and its there for anyone who wants to help. That's it. No obligations. Everybody is different. He was a part of our community and one of the good guys whom I respected.

This is what you get for bringing up stuff like this in the Dome. I had to learn the hard way when my sister went missing 7 years ago. Spidermonkey said she looked like adrug addict and was probably in a ditch.

Turns out she was murdered and they found her bones in the desert. I will never forget the troll that talked **** about my dead sister and I will also never post personal topics in the dome.

Btw, if I ever found out who SpiderMonkey is I would beat him near death for his comments. Since we will never know who killed her at least I can take my vengeance out on him/her.

Old SM could be a good sport and give me his details but he will always hide like people like him do.

Everyone loves a good fundraiser. Should be able to take care of the guy for $500. That is what my folks paid for a cremation. It may be cheaper if you buy it in advance.
Parents aren't responsible for his debts, he probably has no estate. I am curious what the money is for honestly. Not just this guy, but these types of things in general.

Depends on the area and shit. I had to pay for a cremation and it was over 2k. That was in bum fuck middle of Texas back in 2002
