ring terminals rather than just soldering

i was originally going to connect the sub wiring to the binding posts by soldering them. but i just remembered i bought some 8ga ring terminals. there shouldnt be a reason why i couldnt put ring terminals on the end the wire rather than soldering them ay? idk, its cleaner looking. ill have to make sure their is a good connection but it seems like one would choose terminals over solder doesnt that make sense?

most binding posts come with little soldering tabs on them. google soldering tabs and youl see what i mean. it what theyre made for. plus i need to connect 2 sub wires to each binding post. so two of them on there with terminals would be alot easier imo. o and the subs are audiopulse axis.

Unless you're talking about the tinsel-lead side of the binding post, I have no idea why you'd want to solder anything to one...
dude. bingding posts come with a solder tab. so you can solder the tip of the wire to the tab. it doesnt matter though now cause i just put ring terminals on the ends and bolted em down. hopefully vibration wont take over and frick me over. i might drop a piece of solder where the little nuts tighten down so maybe it will keep them still
