Rim Repair?

The guy i got my rims from have some pitting and chipping i guess from it being driven in the winter. Can i just have them redipped somewhere? i am in maryland and am looking for something local but just want to know what you guys would do. Just some 20" rims can't remember the type

probally cost you less to get a whole new set of wheels...its not as simple as just redipping them.

I just meesed up my aluminum rim

I would try and return them if he did not mention the cracks before.. Refinishing them would probably cost more than the rims would new.
