Right amp?

I am getting a 10" JL W3 1000W Max 500W RMS 4Ohms would would the Kenwood KAC-7204 2 channel amp be good? if not what would a better amp be around the price of 100$

You need 500 watts rms @ 4 ohms, man. If you want something decent, you're pretty much limited to used equipment.

That'll give you the 500 watts you're looking for, and you'll have the 2 front channels left should you ever decide to buy components.
