ridiculous cop

MOst people recieve treatment like this because they bring it on themselves. All you young pups need to learn something when pulled over, Let the officer talk and answer with short and Very respectfull answers. Do not try to get into a pissing match with the officer, you WILL loose. You all are a new generation of "I have to tell you my opinion" guess what? your opinion does not matter and is not needed when someone is doing their job. Maby it was a random stop that he would have just warned you about if you would have kept your mouth closed. I have been pulled over for about 40mph over the speed limit in the past and the Hiway patrol officer told me to slow down because I remained respectful.

The rest of you that read his post above remember one thing. There is 3 sides to every story: 1. drivers side (I was mistreated) 2.; Officers side (little bastard mouthed off to me) 3. the truth somewhere in the middle.

Reason why he diddn't add a cost to the tickets is because they may be a court mandated offence. Wish you luck in keeping/getting a new licence.

It is true, I've been pulled over many times cause my car attracts attention (not because I drive like a jackass and attract attention to myself) and treating them with some respect although they might not deserve it helps a lot.

Oh, plus having a few PBA cards on hand is nice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Ok I get pulled over so what I was in the wrong I simply accepted the tickets and went about my way. But tell me why its necessary for him to make these kinds of comments thats what makes me a bit iffy.

Be a man. Next time shut your mouth and say lots of "Yes Sir" and "No Sir". The sooner you learn the game, the better off you'll be. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

**** that.. call up the court and reschedule your court date twice with some bullshit excuses and see if that cop shows up... cause than you can file not guilty and there is no one there to protest... either way your going to be paying court fee's so its just if you want it off your record or not...

oh and don't ever lie to a cop.. got me out of a DUI

I love how they think they can treat you like shit, but then when you turn the tables they start complaining about how dangerous their job is and about how they deserve your respect because they're "protecting" you.

They knew what they were getting into whenever they went in for the interview, it's not my problem and I shouldn't have to listen to it.

95% of cops I've ever dealt with have been dicks, and I'm not just saying that because they wrote me a ticket. The power goes to their head and they think they run the ****ing world. The other 5% have actually been respectful and I have absolutely no problem with them, even if they write me a ticket.

The last ticket I received was a loitering ticket and I go to court for it tomorrow. The cop wasn't an ******* at all and I don't have a problem with him personally. I just don't agree with what the ticket was for. He basically said I had been standing there for about 15 minutes and he remembered my blue shirt, but the other guy I was talking had been out there the 15 minutes and had a blue jacket on but I hadn't been there but maybe 5 minutes, before I tried to go in the store. I guess I'll see how that turns out tomorrow in court.

You could always pretend you are deaf.

Cops dont know sign language //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

( ive seen deaf people on COPS)

I was on my way out at 8 pm last Thursday (last day of the month, gotta meet the quota)....I pull out of my apt. complex and a cop pulls me over, asks me why, I said I have no idea...

He then claims I BLEW the stop sign. I kinda chuckled and told him I didn't (I'm pretty cautious, plus my friend was with me who re-assured me i didn't either when the cop went to run my stuff). I told him I didn't when he got back and he said I didn't make an ATTEMPT to stop and he has it on video..Long story short I told him to make sure he has it for court because I am fighting the ticket.

It's gay when cops try to do crap but at least you DID something wrong where the cop saw a older car (mine) and thought he could pull some sh#$. A ticket I deserve, no problem. A ticket that is made up, I GET PISSED

learn to deal with authority. unless a cop gives you BLATENT racial/sexist or any other discriminatory comments, just say ok and keep your mouth shut.

i learned this the hard way. but it's a lesson i've learned. although the cop may be a dick, he's still a cop and he'll still **** you over, whether you're a smartass or not. the only difference is if you ARE a dick back, he'll **** you even worse.

grow up a little, when a cop gives you a ticket, say thank you have a nice day, then if anything, fight it in court, not with the cop.

I have no problem with authority. I've NEVER gotten an attitude with a cop. If I screw up, all on me....

I just have a problem with a cop trying to make quota and telling me I did something when I didn't. I never raised my voice...I was still generally polite...It just irritates me when cops abuse their power..

I know your post wasn't aimed at me...just venting
