Im confused on the relavance of it being my friends car, I stick by my statment that 4.6L's ****, why? because they do. Do some research if you think im being assinign. The fastest N/A 4.6L mustang on the planet isnt very fast. If you want to look at it from the ricer perspective there is faster N/A 4-cyl running full seconds faster than any n/a.

My friend and his Dad have "the nicest" mustangs ive ever seen. The fathers mustang DOMINATES the show scene and destroys everything in its class on the strip (9 second well mannered street car). I guess thats what you get when you send your car from Texas to Canada on a 18 wheeler and spend 100k+. He drives the thing daily and it doesnt look or sound like more than a stock cobra.

mine's well manered to ,but it gets a little expensive having to run on 114 octane race gas. i have seen 9 second 2-valve car run all day long...it depends on what year your buddies car is.....if its a 96-98 they **** ***....the 99-04 are fast...i have had 2 of them and both have been in the 12's on motor.......but i like the fox bodies better...

I like Rice! I like to eat it for breakfast or for a little treat with some melted butter and sugar in it and a tad bit a milk. I also like stir-fried rice, rice pudding, rice casarole, brown rice, and just plain old white rice with chicken. apparently someone has NEVER heard of "mustang mike" who has a 4.6L mustang running 7.94 seconds in the 1/4 mile. i think you need to think before you speak. and quit trying to start shit with EVERYONE on the forums. the past few days have been full of commotion, take some midol and go to sleep.

and might i add, it is street legal, that doesnt mean its a street car, but if he decided to, he could drive it on the street...it also has 1600 horsepower.

Ricers can use a nice high flow exhaust, but WTF is the point of a 4" tip on an exhaust system where the rest of the pipe is 2 1/2"? It's just stupid.

Uuuummmm no its not. Search the net, magazines, anything show me a n/a 2v that runs faster than a 12 flat. Sad but true.......

That was in mid 2002. By the end of the year things had changed quite drastically. After serious upgrades to the suspension, weight reduction and some exhaust, Ken had his times down to 12.83@105 N/A. After adding P&P heads, Comp Cams and a Bullitt intake by mid 2003 his best time dropped down to 11.93@114.5. At the end of 2003 the best ET from this combo was 11.72@116. As far as we know, that's the fastest 2VNA 4.6L in the country. 2004 will bring significant changes but it will still be a 2VNA 4.6L.
