Agreed, he easily is in the top 5 best on the mic, especially trash talking someone. you should go to youtube and just watched the rocks funny moments. there are millions and you will be laughing for hours lol. My favorite is when he was talking about perry saturn's eyes being ***'d up lol

I used to work at one of the venues that held the events, they all come in an practice all that stuff. The ring has so much bounce, it's funny to watch. They do have to be extremely athletic to pull off what they do, why they call the best entertainment in the world. And no, I am not an expert, nor is it my job to talk about it, or recommend that you watch it.

yea i know its practiced before hand. but like you said not everyone can do it lol. Have you ever stood/walked in the ring to see how hard it is, its spring loaded but man the mat itself is still really hard lol.

It is comprised of several layers of thin plywood. You can't really see how much give there is when you watch it on tv, but you can when you are at the event.
