RF vs Memphis?

anyone have any opinions which one is better, RF or Memphis? amps, subs, positives, negatives, one brand have certain features better than the other such as sq, spl, anything?

RF's older stuff was pretty solid, I love the HX2s and ive own HE2s, they're new stuff is ok, the power line is good and they're amps sound pretty good ive had the 301s and the 501s and it beat fairly hard and clean but i would have alot of other choices before them, ive never owned anything Memphis but i like their products and ive heard there speakers and they sound really nice

I like memphis over rockford. I have heard a cavalier with 8 of the newer rockford 12's(forget model) walled off off there biggest amp and I wasnt impressed at all. The install was nice but I have heard 4 12 " of the refrence line subs from memphis that was just as loud and alot cleaner then the rockfords. That is memphis's cheaper line too. I would do memphis but if you look into there higher end of stuff, can get pretty pricey. But so does rockford.

i really hate rockford. the only product ive had of theirs (and ive had a few speakers, hu's and other things) that didnt break, and worked well - was a rockford 301m. did like 300w@2ohms mono.

everything else, including the RF9300 headunit, broke. i dont like them. i would take memphis over RF (unless is some old quality RF amp, but then, i would take an old quality memphis amp over the RF so lol)

Memphis.

I think its a more solid and better built product.

Ive got to say Memphis. Ive owned alot of their products and Ive never had any problems. Very solid stuff. Especially if you get their mclass amps and Mojo subs.

Probably P1s, P1s are fking weak.

My 4 RE8s off of 800rms beat my buddies 4 10'' p1s off of 600rms. Both in the same tuning, his in a monte carlo mine in a jeep GC, his box is 4 cubes my box is 2 cubes. I beat him by 15db.
