RF T10001bd vs. BXI1606D?

i never liked the 1606d. besides that rockford is regarded as a much better company than hifonics. and also i'd throw a t1001 on each sub or get the 2000 wattt rockford amp.

At 1 ohm, the T10001 puts out 1400-1500 watts (the one I just bought does 1517) and is a very underrated amp. The Hifonics is overrated and you'll probably be looking at close to 1200 RMS out of it at 1ohm.

Since you've got two dual 4 ohm subs, I'd stick with 1 T10001 and wire the subs at 1 ohm. It should kick like a mule.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/graduate.gif.d982460be9f153bb54e5d4cb744f6ae8.gif

i have plenty of room, what about the 1500 or 2000 watt Rockford?
not physical room, i meant you have room to send more power to them. for example, you will be find with 700 a piece, but you have lots of room for upgrades before you max out the limits of the sub

Hifonics gets mine cause its cheaper.

Ive had my bx1500d powering my 05 xxx for almost 3 years now. Ive had no problems with it and it powers my xxx just fine.

I dont care if the amp is overrated, it makes my xxx want to jump out of its fricken enclosure.

ive had two hifonics amp from the brutus line that have takin dumps on me. And two of my friends had the same rockford amp, i think the 8002, dont quote me, a two channel amp that both had a channel blow. either way, i say go with the rockford
