RF Power HX2 10 Help

I have a HX2 Power 10" sub. Needs a recone, I tried to go through PSI but they aren't taking any new requests at ths moment. Are there any other reputable places out there? If I get good work I have a few other subs to get rebuilt. Thanks

One of the most brutal beatdowns is the one Ichigo got from Grimmjow. Saw it many years ago, and I still remember it.

There is a guy on Facebook that specializes in drop ins for older rockfords RA audio. I've seen his work in person too stuff.

If that's Andre in NYC he may or may not still have parts. I know he just bought a house so he may be doing a regular job and busy getting that set up, but he is a solid dude and does good work.

Springfield Speaker Repair should have OEM coils at least to fit those but they may still be closed due to local lockdowns.

Same here. Both of mine have a bit of spider sag. Not too bad, but getting them back to new would be awesome.

I used to design a some for SPL audio and his customers. I really like that guy. He used to send me some parameters and recommendations for his subs that customers had bought so we could make a good box for it. He made some dope woofers and I can't remember anything bad about him, it has been a while though.

You could always order your own custom wrapped coil on former maybe and own spider pack and cone and leads and stuff. You'd have to align it all, I'm not sure if I would even try that myself. You'd need to measure the ID and OD of the motor gap.

Definitely something I would not tackle. A guy in San Antonio is selling two kits of Sundown Audio XV1 15s. I would have driven for them if I thought I could do it. Cause they are like, really nice.

The OG X's were amazing man. I had a lot of fun designing and actually building and hearing boxes for those. I did a 4th for 2 of the Xv1 15's and he was a 151 and change at 28 hz LOL

I got my system done, using the little thunder 280 till my other amp gets here wed. It sounds really good, this little wrangler with the hardtop is a sound chamber lol. If this American Bass 10 hits this hard I cant imagine how hard my HX2 will hit.
