I have been having my amp go into protect mode when the car is running . When the cars off, it never does, only when the cars on. I had the stereo shop install it so I didn't do the installation. I haven't had an issue with it for the first year, until lately. The stereo shop wants to put them so I can battery. But when I was doing some searching I wonder if it's my ground? I have a star washer underneath the screw to help make a good connection. Anyone else have this issue with Rockford amps?
