RF (2)12 or (1) power 15

what would sound better, one rockford power 15 at 1000watts or 2 HX2 12's at 1000watts. both options are around the same price so i was just wondering what everyone thinks.... Thanks alot

it depends whether you want sound quality or it to just be loud, if you are lookin gfor sound quality rockford isn't gonna be the answer. Look into ED K's maybe, http://www.edesignaudio.com.

I personaly would take the single power 15 but thats for comp reasons. I'd have to say the hx2's would be louder...but not sure.

yeah, i mean i was sound quality, but again i dont have an endless fund or anything.. i am on a like $400 on subs and like $400 on amp budget.. I have heard great things about JL but i cant afford any with the power that i would want.. i dont know about RE's i have never heard them... so thanks for your advice.. i will check that stuff out too nosa... Peace

a single brahma 15" or Eclipse Aluminum would both be a possible choice, if not check out an amazing sub called the CMPX2
