What's the RMS of the sub?

If it's not over 1000watts (I don't think it is) then yes it's enough

L7's rms at 750W so yea good amp.

the L7's would be able to handle the power that the RF BD give out, I should think.

The BD's like most respectable amp mftrs, are under rated, so you're looking at a bit more than 1000w@2ohm briged.
