RF 1000BD amp, Need sub help

Okay, I have about 6cuft in my trunk total to deal with 34length 17high 20 deep.

I have a RF 1000BD amp which puts out its full power at 2ohms.

I was running a 12w7 on that amp and i'm looking for something that will be louder in a ported box. I'm looking for a 2 12" setup for roughly 300 or less. So far I am considering MOFO's or Comp VR's.

Basically with my amp what would be good in that power range? I can go upwards of 400 for the subs if it really warrants the money.

Those would both sound nice on the bd1000a1 imo. Yes I've heard both but never to a bd1000. You could get either 2 and box supplies for $300
