hey i've got a kenwood kvt-717dvd monitor/receiver and one of the wires are to be connected to the "REVERSE LIGHT LAMP SWITCH".. my guess is that this only purpose is to use a camera for backing up. but i dont have a camera. is it ok if i leave this wire unconnected or do i have to connect it for the dvd player to work?
