retards at work

Stupid people are everywhere, just something you have to deal with. What REALLY pisses me off is when they make the same amount or more money than I do.

I spent MONTHS working really hard with representatives from the Mississippi Senate and House of Representatives to accept a $6 Billion dollar grant for childhood and early childhood education. Mind you, this is a GRANT, it doesn't have to be repaid. It was turned down in the House of Representatives with very few supporters.

Let me ask you a question. What asshole wakes up on voting day, goes to the House of Representatives and says, "I think Mississippi has enough education."

^^This is the reason there's an abundance of retards at work.

I can't say that I would vote for a grant such as that. Throwing more money at a problem, isn't always a good solution and it just creates more debt. Most of these kids problems these days with education is they go to school and act like ignorant little assholes and their parents don't beat their asses for it. Then other kids think they are cool and a culture of idiocracy is embraced and thought of as cool. If more parents would make their kids get an education instead of being their friends and make them take control of the opportunities that are already there, they would be fine.

While a $6 Billion grant sounds great, look at how many billions are already not used every year as is. Most kids and people my age are lazy little pricks that would rather take the easy road out instead of taking pride and working for what they have.

Thanks for actually conversing and not trolling! I can see where you are coming from. Parents delegate their parenting to TV and internet these days instaead of actually being parents. Geez, it's kinda sad. Kids having babies, and they themselves were never part of a structured familial setting, and they just perpetuate their ignorance to another generation.

The problem with my state is the actual necessity for education, but state representatives negate the need for it. While other states who implement early childhood education see their workforce prosper and can keep up with burgeoning technical fields, Mississippi can't. We are a "right-to-work" state that doesn't allow practicing Unions within the state. So when all the manufacturing faciltities and Automobile manufacturers started opening here, they literally had nobody educated to run the facilities, lol. We had menial line workers of course, but the vast majority of other personnel (the needed educated personnel) had to be relocated to Mississippi just to get the plants running.

But I think you hit the nail on the head, Parents who don't know parenting, are probably gonna raise a house full of retarded little shits

Couldn't agree better. Reviews at my job were just made....with no dollar amount up front, as of yet. Seems corporate and management want to look over performances of employees since the place was on a high turnover rate for a long time before they got bought out in 2009. Gonna be interesting tho. They say change is coming. I'll believe it when I see it.

this gets me also. no skills / no work ethics / no on site responsiblitys / - make the same $ as me ? boils my blood
Not only that....you work your a$$ off at times to get where you are today, been with the company a long time and some youg kid comes in hardly any experience sweet talks his way in and makes the same as you. THAT...will drive me insane.

(All I know is I better get at least a dollar from my review. Because I tell you what, what I do, what I know and capable of doing, I should be getting more.)

Lol If you work for a corporation, change is always coming ! But probably not the same changes your looking for !

I don't work for a corporation. Well kinda. The company I work for was sold to a much larger corporation...and needless to say, they were snatching up failed/failing small businesses within the same principle line of work. Therefore, they got like 10-15 "smaller" companies working for a corporate company located in UK.

As for change, I'm not expecting a whole lot. Although I will admit a lot has changed over the 8 years I've been there, its slowly getting better. You wanna keep your good employees, pay them well.

For the longest time, while every other company had a shift differential, we did not. Why? Because the previous owner, local, didn't have to for one. Two, because that was more money outta his pocket. Now we got one. 75 cents....which isn't bad, most other companies offer more and less.

This place I work for makes millions every quarter (3 months). There's no reason to give 3% on base pay as they have been doing lately. (Their shareholders/investors get their profits first.)

I DO.
Fuck you if you want to take MY money to fund YOUR stupid ass poverty state education. Get your own money faggot. What are you going to teach them? How to make babies faster??
The grant was given to ALL states. Mississippi just turned it down. I figured that would make you happy. Less money to come out of your welfare check and food stamps. A better and more significant question is how could you possibly misunderstand what I was saying? I now assume you're from Mississippi, and one day you will come into my office asking for diapers for your retarded child, and I won't have it. As I respect your ability to troll, this subject you truly have no idea about, so I would sit this one out.
