resurfacing

So i f*cked up my rear dash panel trying to make the speakers fit so...

I decided that i'll just lay down another layer of carpet or some type of material.

I've never done this before and i have a few questions as usual.

What do i use to attach the fabric to the panel? And has anyone done this before?
